Expert Impact Window Installation in Broward County, FL

Impact window installation in Broward County carries stricter requirements than almost anywhere else in the country. Broward sits entirely inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, which means every window must be rated for design wind speeds of 170 mph or higher. Products must carry a Notice of Acceptance certification before installation can begin. At MDS Projects, we handle the full scope of work. We measure every opening, confirm the correct product approvals for your specific location, and coordinate the required building permit. Every installation follows Florida Building Code Section 1620 and passes a field inspection before the permit closes. Whether your home is in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, or anywhere else in Broward, the same HVHZ standards apply. Replacing your windows without meeting these standards puts your home, your insurance coverage, and your resale value at risk. Call MDS Projects to schedule your on-site assessment and get a scope of work built for Broward County code.

Michael recently completed excavating an old, large garden bed. He took away old trees, large rocks and dug up cement borders. Michael redesigned the garden beds, complete with beautiful stepping stones. During the consultation stage, Michael was very attentive to all ideas and made certain that the end result was the exact vision that we wanted. He was always professional, courteous, and keen to have the project match our vision. Michael did an exceptional job and we could not be happier! We can't stop looking at our beautiful new garden. Thank you Michael! It was a pleasure working with you and we will highly recommend you to anyone needing landscaping services.

We had a landscaping and excavating project completed my Michael and his crew recently. We were absolutely delighted with everything from our original conversation, discussing the details, the completion of the work in a timely manner, and the follow up from Michael every step of the way. M.D.S were extremely professional, very skilled and an absolute pleasure to work with, and we would certainly consider hiring them again for any other projects around our property. Thank you again Michael.

I hired MDS to replace some retaining walls. I was initially told by another company that the job was "impossible" given the terrain. I'm glad I called Michael instead of giving up. He presented a plan that was within my budget. More so, Michael does exactly what he says. If he says he will be there on X day at Y time, that's when he will be there. He was very reliable and communicative. The job turned out great, we are very happy with it. I have additional landscaping projects planned, and I will definitely hire MDS if they are available.

Mike replied to our request to estimate a small retaining wall for our driveway within a day. He came back with a fair price for the work done and stayed in our budget. Once we agreed to move forward he came within a day and completed the project on that day. Thanks Mike Andre van heeswyk
